Institute Book Hub helps an Institute Board keep track of its books and answer requests from coordinators and tutors. Here is how a board starts.
- The approval of your National Spiritual AssemblyYour board needs a letter from the National Spiritual Assembly of your country approving its use of the app.
- Send the request with the letterSign in with your email, tell us about the board, and attach the letter (PDF or photo).
- We confirm it and open your boardWe confirm the letter with the Assembly. You'll get an email when your board is ready, and a guide to set it up.
The letter of approval is required
Without the National Spiritual Assembly's letter, permission to use the app cannot be given. Please have it ready before you begin.

Signing in with a code sent to your email confirms where we can reach you. It also lets you follow the request later.
